We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

- Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want the product, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time to officially post the refund to your account.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase for the new item.
